Celebrating Innovation, Creativity, and Freedom
As CultureWorks gears up to celebrate its 15-year anniversary, I find myself reflecting on the core values that have driven our mission since day one: creativity, community, and the relentless pursuit of innovation. Over the years, we’ve grown into much more than a coworking space; we’ve become a hub for individuals and organizations who dare to think differently, who thrive on pushing boundaries, and who refuse to be confined by convention.
In this spirit of innovation and in celebration of this major milestone, I am excited to announce the launch of our Cultural Mavericks Program—an initiative designed to offer 50% off membership at CultureWorks to those who embody the spirit of a true maverick.

But what does it mean to be a maverick today?
For us, a maverick isn’t about fitting into a box or adhering to labels. It’s about challenging the status quo and having the courage to create something new, whether that’s a piece of art, a social movement, or a new business model. It’s about being unapologetically creative, daring to innovate, and embracing the freedom to work and think independently.
We’re also using the term “maverick” in a non gendered way. Too often, titles and labels come with gender connotations and serve as a barrier to free usage, despite the empowering connotations they may carry. But at CultureWorks, we believe in inclusivity and strengthening all voices. That’s why our Cultural Mavericks Program is for anyone who shares our passion for innovation, no matter who they are. This program is an invitation to creators, dreamers, and doers to join a space where they can grow, connect, and bring their ideas to life.
